Athlytt Terms & Conditions

Introduction Welcome to Athlytt! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Athlytt platform, operated by Athlytt Corporation. By accessing or using Athlytt, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • Creator: Athletes who produce and upload original content.

  • Subscriber (Fan): Users who subscribe to Creators for access to exclusive content.

  • Content: Any material uploaded by Creators, including photos, videos, livestreams, text, audio, interactive content, and other media.

  • Subscription: Paid access granted to Fans by Creators, automatically renewing unless canceled.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Creators must verify their identity and provide valid payment details for earnings distribution. Subscribers must provide accurate payment details.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Fans subscribe to Creators for exclusive content.

  • Fees are billed monthly in USD and automatically renew.

  • Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

  • Creators set subscription rates and prices for additional content.

  • Athlytt deducts a 20% platform fee from Creator earnings.

4. Revenue and Equity Distribution: Creators earn 80% of subscription fees. Additional equity incentives for Creators may apply as separately defined by Athlytt.

5. Content Policies & Guidelines: Creators must upload original and lawful content. Prohibited content includes:

  • Illegal activities

  • Explicit adult content

  • Hate speech, bullying, harassment

  • Misleading, false, or harmful content

Athlytt reserves the right to remove violating content without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Creators retain ownership rights to their original content.

  • Creators grant Athlytt a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote content within the platform and marketing materials.

  • Users must ensure content uploaded does not infringe on third-party rights.

7. User Conduct and Interactions: All interactions must remain respectful and professional. Athlytt may suspend or terminate accounts for misconduct, harassment, abuse, or violations of these terms.

8. Privacy and Data Handling: Refer to Athlytt's Privacy Policy detailing data collection, use, and protection practices.

9. Content Moderation and Reporting: Athlytt actively moderates content and provides reporting tools to address inappropriate behavior or content.

10. Termination and Account Deletion: Users can terminate their accounts anytime. Athlytt may suspend or terminate accounts for breaches or suspected fraudulent activities.

11. Liability and Disclaimers: Athlytt is not responsible for accuracy, legality, or reliability of user-generated content. Athlytt provides services "as-is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability.

12. Changes to Terms: Athlytt reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.

13. Dispute Resolution: Users agree to notify Athlytt and engage in mediation before pursuing legal claims. Legal jurisdiction for disputes is governed by applicable laws as detailed separately.
